Tips for Healthy Living for Teenagers

Being a teenager is an exciting time, but it's also a period when it's important to build healthy habits. To stay strong and full of energy, teens need to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. Having a balanced diet means eating different types of food in the right amounts, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. Avoiding junk food and sugary drinks can help prevent health problems like obesity and diabetes (bệnh tiểu đường).

Exercise is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Teenagers should aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. This could be playing sports, going for a walk, or even dancing. Exercise helps keep teens healthy and also reduces stress and improves their mood.
