My name is Mai and I am in grade 7. I have two hobbies: reading and gardening. I often read books about animals and plants in my free time because reading helps me relax and learn new things. On Sundays, I work in my small garden with my father. We grow vegetables and flowers there. Gardening is hard work, but I feel happy when I see the green plants every morning.
Last year, I joined a community service club at my school. We collected old books and clothes for poor children in the countryside. We also cleaned the streets near our school and planted trees along them. At first, I felt tired, but now I love this work. It is a good way to help other people and make new friends.
To stay healthy, I do exercise every day. I go swimming twice a week and I never eat too much fast food. I think a healthy body and a kind heart are both important.

A. HƯỚNG DẪN CHUNG
- Tổng điểm toàn bài là 10,0 điểm; điểm lẻ nhỏ nhất là 0,25.
- Phần trắc nghiệm: mỗi câu trả lời đúng được điểm ghi ở tiêu đề từng phần.
- Phần viết: chấp nhận các câu trả lời đúng ngữ pháp khác với đáp án mẫu; trừ 0,25 điểm cho mỗi lỗi chính tả hoặc lỗi ngữ pháp trong một câu, không trừ quá số điểm của câu đó.
- Không trừ điểm các lỗi không ảnh hưởng đến nghĩa của câu.

- Câu 1: C – "work" có âm /ɜː/; "collect", "community", "suggest" có âm /ə/.
